Bach flower consulting
Bach flowers are floral extracts that help improve inner and emotional well-being and can be used indiscriminately by adults, the elderly, babies and children.
Dr. Bach divided the 38 flowers into seven groups, which represent the fundamental conflicts that prevent the person from truly being himself:
- Fear
- Insecurity
- Indifference towards what surrounds us
- Loneliness
- Hypersensitivity to the influence and ideas of others
- Discouragement or despair Excessive concern for others
Within each group, each Bach flower covers a specific characteristic of a given problem.
Thus, for example, fear can take the forms of terror or panic (for which Rock Rose must be used), it can manifest itself in the form of well-defined daily fears (Mimulus), fear of losing the light of reason (Cherry Plum), or it can be an inexplicable fear (Aspen) or fear for loved ones (Red Chestnut).
Similar to the way Dr. Bach identified the seven conflict zones that compromise our health, he also defined the seven stages of healing from disease: peace, hope, happiness, faith, security, wisdom and love.
